Meet Chef Kavina 

Born in Queens, NY, Chef Kavina Bharosay grew up with many influential cuisines in the melting pot that is New York City. Growing up, food was a big part of community, culture and clashes of cuisine. At the age of 13, Kavina moved from the decadent treat that is the New York Foodie scene to the newly developed part of Central Florida called Clermont. Growing up, Kavina was very involved in culinary programs offered at school. She many times involved herself in culinary competitions and worked many semesters in the school cafe for school credit starting as early as age 15. Kavina started pursuing opportunities working in cafes and restaurants while attending college. Landing jobs with Universal and NBC, Kavina started to realize the kitchen was her dream. At 23 she decided to enroll into Culinary School and chose to attend Le Cordon Bleu. She later graduated at the age of 25 in 2015 and started an internship with Disney later being hired on as a employee working in a 3rd party kitchen. The experience she received by training later contributed to a lifetime of knowledge in her area of expertise.

In 2020 the whole world came to a stop and many people were lost, confused, and out of options for convenience. That was when Chef Kavina saw a need and decided she was going to fill that need. Chef Kavina, Personal Chef was first conceived in 2021 as an option for the community when everything was locked down and resources were limited. Many store bought conveniences were simply no longer available. From scratch made items were many people's only option to sustenance. That was the beginning of what is now manifesting to be one of the best businesses in Central Florida. From there the dream come true...
